How do I order?
On the right hand side of each page you’ll find a picture of our tagz and the price. (prices are incl. 19% VAT). You simply click on the one you like. From there you click on “add to cart” and you will be redirected to a PayPal payment page. All you need do is follow the prompts. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Shipping, handling and packaging costs are automatically calculated.
How can I pay for my order and how secure is it?
Payment is made via PayPal and is secured by VeriSign. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment as credit cards are acceptable too. If you wish to make a direct payment then please contact us by email and the banking details will be forwarded to you. This type of payment is to be made into an ABN Amro account in Euros only. Products will not be sent until the payment has been received.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. Delivery can take up to 4 days within Europe and up to 15 outside Europe. Orders are sent airmail via TNT Postal system and are not traceable
Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to us through this web site. If we are required to re-ship orders, because incorrect details are provided, any costs associated with re-shipping of such orders are your responsibility. All delivery times/dates provided are approximate estimates only and are given from the date of the dispatch, not from the order date. Without limiting the operation of any other policy herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other policy herein, you agree that late delivery either through post or processing time does not constitute a failure on our part, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Loss or Damage in Transit
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your order in transit. As soon as we hand over your order to the postal system providers, the risk of loss or damage is passed on to you. All costs associated with recovering or investigating lost or damaged orders are your responsibility. When you place your order and click "Proceed to Checkout" button you agree that we are not responsible for the orders lost or stolen in transit. You also agree that any claims of parcels lost or stolen in transit fall in the responsibility of the buyer. Without limiting the operation of any other policy herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after we hand over your order to the postal system providers.
If you think that your order has been lost or stolen in transit, please contact us and we will start an investigation with Postal authorities into the whereabouts of your order. Please note, such investigation may take from 30 to 90 days to complete.
Should you wish to insure your order against loss or damage in transit, please contact us prior to the purchase so we may arrange postal insurance. Additional cost will apply.
